Rental Policies
Rental charges are calculated from time out until time in with a 15 minute allowance for travel time. One day rentals are considered 24 hours out with up to 8 operating hours. Rentals are to be paid at the time of rental unless otherwise authorized. Rental prices do not include fuel, damage waiver, or sales tax. Rental charges on based on time out.
Delivery is available. Delivery charges are based on the location of the delivery address. Delivery does not include set up and take down.
All party rentals require a 25% deposit or a $50.00 deposit, depending on equipment, at the time of the reservation. If need to cancel you are required to give 14 days notice or your deposit will be forfeited. Event rates on party rentals are for up to 2 days, please call for a quote if needed for longer than 2 days. Unless noted otherwise rental rates do not include set up and take down. Setup and Takedown is available for a charge. All items must be returned clean, in particular glassware, china, flatware and food service items. If items are not returned clean there will be a cleaning charge.
There is a 10% damage waiver charged on all rental equipment to cover you the customer for any accidental damage that may occur to the equipment while it is in your possession. This service charge applies to all rentals unless we have a current certificate of insurance on file, accepting responsibility for any and all damage to our equipment while it is in your possession.
