Rental Policies

Equipment and tool rental charges are calculated from time out until time in with a 15 minute allowance for travel time. One day rentals are considered 24 hours out with up to 8 operating hours. Additional rent may incur for exceeding operating hours limit. Rental prices do not include delivery, fuel, damage waiver, or sales tax.

Delivery is available; standard delivery charges include a fuel charge and location charge based on the delivery address. Additional charges may apply for after hours orders, and load/unload distance.

There is a 10% damage waiver charged on all rental equipment to cover any incidental damage that may occur to the equipment while it is in your possession. This service charge applies to all rentals unless we have a current certificate of insurance on file, accepting responsibility for any and all damage to our equipment while it is in your possession. This waiver does not cover any loss due to theft, burglary, collision, misuse or abuse, theft by conversion, intentional damage, mysterious disappearance or any kind of loss due to your failure to care for the item(s). The waiver also does not cover tire damage, overturning, striking overhead objects, glass damage, or falling objects such as tree limbs.

To make a reservation, a refundable deposit would be due. Refundable deposits are based on items rented, with the minimum being $60. DEPOSITS MUST BE ON CREDIT CARDS - NO CASH - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rent must be paid before receipt of items unless otherwise authorized. For will call orders, rent can be paid upon pick-up. For delivery orders, rental charges are due the day before the delivery date.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Business checks are also accepted, but must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to order date unless otherwise authorized.

If you need to cancel you are required to give 14-days notice or your deposit will be forfeited. Orders that are cancelled the day of, forfeit deposit and any rental charges paid. You may change the date of your order, but restocking fees may apply if your order has been loaded.

If an item fails to properly function, you should discontinue use and notify us immediately. We will test the item and either replace it with a like item, make the item operable within a reasonable amount of time, or adjust the rental charges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the rented item(s) in the same condition, except for ordinary wear and tear.

All items must be returned clean or cleaning charges may apply.
